over-the-counter magazine for Rubber Stamping. Off set printing on 50 lb. white paper and bound in a magazine format, stapled in the binding. Averaged 24-36 pages. Spot color used on
the cover and multiple inside pages. All photos scanned on a flatbed and output to film for highest quality in halftone negatives. Design/layout and color separations done in QuarkXpress,
scan manipulation in Adobe Photoshop. This subscription based magazine for the craft of rubber stamping focused on techniques for creating your own greeting cards and other projects
with rubber art stamps, ink pads and cardstock. Other art stamp projects were also introduced. Catalog reviews of art stamp companies, columns written by readers/stampers, review of rubber
related web sites, product reviews, as well as actual finished card samples that were scanned direct from a flatbed scanner. Distribution through U.S. mail through sample copies sent upon
request, subscriptions and whole orders from retail art stamp stores around the nation. A smaller rubber stamp publication ranging from 24-36 pages each issue catered to the hands-on
stamper with contributions submitted by readers via mail or over the internet in e-mail. |
