MHHA - Integrity Group Information Systems Survey

Thank you for taking the time to complete the MHHA - Integrity Group Information Systems Survey. The information gathered in this survey shall remain confidential and will assist MHHA in focusing on areas of need for its membership.

The Survey will take approximately 15 - 20 minutes to complete. It covers a wide range of areas and a general knowledge of your organizations Technology and Software infrastructure will be helpful. Every effort was made to include as many Vendors and selections as possible to make this process easier. If any Vendor was not included in the Survey it is purely unintentional and the "Other" space may be utilized to complete that section.

Once the survey is completed and submitted, your Organization will be entered into a drawing for three hours of free Consulting Services from the Integrity Group.
