The
key to a successful project implementation is a strong partnership
between the client and vendor with joint ownership of the
process. An integral part of the Pre-Implementation phase
is to help all parties understand the impact the project
will have on their organizations. An educated client is
paramount to the development of a project plan the addresses
their unique requirements and expectations. To achieve this,
the Integrity Group Project Team works closely with our
clients to define the following:

indicators may be used to measure project success.

management process for the organization and its staff

plans, which in turn
minimize impact and replacement costs.
