We have recently remodeled our restaurant dining room, bar and kitchen to
reflect the Caribbean motif of our new menu design by International Chef
Sean Beaton. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and
serves a nice selection of dining venues using the freshest of Belize
ingredients. Menu items include: Belizean Breakfast, Citron Pimento Crab
Cake, Beef Tenderloin with Cognac Bleu Cheese Sauce, Coconut Crusted Curry
Snapper, Creole Snapper Sandwich and the Cove House Salad with Mango
Vinaigrette. With romantic lighting on the pier and outdoor seating on the
deck, guests will enjoy the Caribbean ambiance of an ocean side view while
dining out or enjoying a cold tropical beverage from the full service bar.
Guests can choose to purchase meals individually if they have room only
accommodations. On average, prices for breakfast are $7, lunch $8 and dinner
20 per person. The all inclusive packages include all meals (breakfast,
lunch and dinner) and beverages of juice, water, coffee or tea. Alcoholic
beverages are an additional charge.
There are also neighboring resorts who have restaurants and bars located on
site. You may be interested in dining out at a variety of places or wish to
venture into the Village of Hopkins to experience Belize cuisine from the
locals. These options are all nearby for your enjoyment, many within walking
distance along our Belize resort strip near Hopkins.
